Siberias Lion Riders (Kingdom of Talliareum)

General Siberias had just exited the Great Hall with his followers, he had failed to convince the Council of the threat that was enclosing. One of them asked him if it was indeed exaggerated.

"No! It's not an exaggeration, these Valley Orc Warboar beasts slew hundreds of our men and they proved we have almost nothing to counter them!"

"Yes m'lord Siberias, but we did slew the beasts down in the end!" said the man in his defence.

"Did you now...? I'm quite sure you noticed just as much as the Council did", answered Siberias. His company seemed baffled so he stopped to explain himself better. "The Valley Orcs marched but a fraction of their army and they were experimenting them on us. These beasts are extremely tough to put down, resilient with skin hard to pierce and stamina that matches that of our best horses. They cause fear to our cavalry and terror to the less trained men. We put them down you say when we fielded our own army? If you disregard the fact they butchered a good fraction of us, yes, we did, we did put them down. And there were a dozen of them, maybe a bit more. What are you going to deploy against them if they decide to field a couple of hundred of them next time...?"

The men remained silent. "A couple of hundred of these beasts...?"

"Right. So, we have work to do..." And so he left, determined to find a way of countering the new threat...
