“In the land where true beasts roam, we are more beasts than them all…”

Light Krumvaal Infantry

(Krumvaal Northern Alliance)

"Gather around, gather around... a tale from far away I'll tell you! Yes, very far away! In a dark forest it so starts, where an army assembled to destroy everything in thy pass. A green tide you thought it was, destroying everything it crossed and led by the famous and bloodthirsty Varbuk, leaving nothing standing. Such was its' rush, that it had crossed the mountains and arrived at the snowy lands of the Barbarians, known as the Krumvaal Northern Alliance. Desolated cold territory and from the frozen lands no one seemed to stand up against them.

But out of nowhere, the frosty forest seemed like it took... life! 'Cause out of every part of it swords and axes appeared, men and beasts gathered from every corner to extinguish the threat. And it was not by chance that they were led by a giant minotaur-lookig beast, so fearsome that even the oldest oak trees had seen nothing like him before. He stepped in front of everyone and made a battle cry one thought was heard throughout the land...

For a moment the bold army froze and it was like the fear nailed them down hard, like chains made by dwarfs of the deepest dungeons. Varbuk snatched without any hesitation whoever he could grab on his left and on his right (his mighty shaman barely made it in time to duck), crashed their skulls together so they could be heard clearly and quickly enough the iron discipline of the Orcs came back. The warriors from both sides tightened their weapons' leather grip. For an instant, just for an instant, they all stood steady nailing with their bloodthirsty eyes one another. Just cold breaths moved in the atmosphere and drooling saliva from their teeth. HERE was the land of the Barbarians. C'mon, gather around... a tale I'll tell you from afar!"
